Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliations: Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations (e.g., bank accounts, assets, liabilities).
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and review the general ledger for accuracy.
- Analysis & Compliance: Analyze financial data for trends, prepare forecasts, and manage tax compliance (such as sales tax).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and ERP accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Great Plains).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
