Position:                Payroll Clerk
Location:               Selma/Hanford, CA

Pay Range:            Hourly $17.00-$23.00, depending on experience

Classification:       Full Time, Non-Exempt

Job Summary:

The primary responsibilities of the Payroll Clerk are reviewing and auditing timesheets, following up with Supervisors/Managers with any pending punches.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high quality work; sense of urgency and willingness to be hands on with tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and solid understanding of technology to be more efficient.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• 2 year degree a plus.
• 1 years or more of professional experience required.
• 1 years or more of Payroll preferred.
