Fuego FC is excited to launch the Fuego Soccer School in 2026, a year-round development program designed to build the next generation of Central Valley players. We’re looking for passionate, high-energy coaches who love working with young athletes and want to be part of a growing soccer community.
Position: Youth Soccer School Coach
Location: Fresno, CA
Ages: U6–U12
What You'll Do
- Assist with field setup and breakdown before and after training sessions.
- Create and deliver age-appropriate training programs focused on player development and fun.
- Lead high-energy sessions that engage, motivate, and inspire young players.
- Provide positive coaching, mentorship, and feedback to all athletes.
- Work closely with Fuego Soccer School leadership to maintain consistent standards and growth.
What We're Looking For
- Someone that is a local to Fresno (we will not bring on someone from outside the area).
- Experience coaching or working with youth soccer players (U6–U12 preferred).
- Strong understanding of the game and ability to teach foundational skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for player development.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to creating a positive environment.
- Coaching licenses are a plus and you will be required to obtain one if you do not have one yet.
