Job Description:
CDL A Regional Company Truck Driver | Average $3,500 - $4,050 TO THE TEAM
TEAM AND SOLO POSITIONS AVAILABLE

• Each Full-time regional driver averages $2,000–$2,300 gross weekly.
• Choose from East Regional Delivery, West Regional Delivery or a dedicated terminal-to-terminal Team Relay.

At least one year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience is required. Local experience alone does not satisfy this requirement unless supported by previous verifiable OTR experience.

EAST REGIONAL DELIVERY – SPRINGFIELD, MO

• Drivers pick up in Springfield,MO Then deliver freight throughout the eastern region, reload, and return to Springfield, MO. Most runs return approximately every two to three days.
• Hazmat drivers earn $0.65 CPM, for all loaded and empty miles.
• Non Hazmat Drivers earn $0.60 CPM, for all loaded and empty miles.
• Additional $20 dock pay for each additional dock
• Flexible time off after returning to Springfield
• Quarterly safety bonus

WEST REGIONAL DELIVERY – KINGMAN, AZ

• Drivers pick up in Kingman, AZ then deliver freight throughout the western region, reload, and return to Kingman, AZ. Most runs return approximately every three days.
• Hazmat drivers earn $0.65 CPM, for all loaded and empty miles.
• Non Hazmat Drivers earn $0.60 CPM, for all loaded and empty miles.
• $20 dock pay for each additional dock.
• Flexible time off after returning to Kingman Terminal

TEAM TERMINAL RELAY – SPRINGFIELD, MO KINGMAN, AZ

• Teams run dedicated refrigerated freight between CTI’s Springfield, MO and Kingman, AZ terminals. Drivers may be based at either terminal.
• First round trip: $625 per driver
• Second round trip: $675 per driver
• Third round trip: $725 per driver
• Earn as much as $4,050 to the Team Truck
• Earn as much as $2,025 weekly per driver after three round trips
• Pay is not split between the team
• Terminal-to-terminal freight
• 100% no-touch loads
• Consistent dedicated lane
• Quarterly safety bonus

A Hazmat endorsement is not required when applying. Drivers must be willing to obtain it and are expected to complete the process within 90 days of hire or demonstrate active progress toward completion. CTI pays the cost of obtaining the required Hazmat credentials.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum one year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
• Local experience may be considered only when supported by previous verifiable OTR experience
• Must be at least 21 years old; some CTI positions require drivers to be at least 23
• Must meet all CTI and DOT qualification requirements
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Hazmat endorsement
• Expected to obtain Hazmat within 90 days or demonstrate active progress toward completion
• Not eligible if previously enrolled in the DOT SAP program
• Must communicate effectively with dispatch and terminal personnel

Wage Range: 3400.00 - 4050.00 per week
