- Handle front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records
- Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks
- Support customer service efforts by providing prompt assistance and support to clients or patients as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory, organize files systematically, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and professional
Experience
- Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and customer support roles
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse clients
