City and Rural Rides is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Early, TX. This role is essential to keeping our transit system running smoothly by helping customers access transportation services and supporting daily operations.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with transportation needs
• Schedule and coordinate trip reservations
• Respond to questions and provide accurate information
• Support administrative staff with billing and reporting
• Help maintain records and assist with data tracking

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
• Overtime: Time and a half for hours worked over 40/week
