What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Billing Office Manager position at Central Texas Pediatric Orthopedics?
We are seeking an experience medical office billing manager. Our team consists of eight pediatric orthopedic surgeons, APPs and PT/OT teams. Applicants with 7 years of healthcare revenue cycle management and leadership should apply. Our practice partners with an outside billing company. This leadership role will serve as a liaison between the outside billing company and the practice administrator. Applicant's experience should include the following:* Deep understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding* Experience with Medicaid and Commercial insurances and regulations* Extensive experience with claim entry, scrubbing, filing, denials and appeals* Experience with EMR/Practice Management systems (eClinicalWorks)* Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manage large-scale AR* Experience with KPIs for tracking financial performance and reporting to practice leadership This role offers a competitive salary, health, dental and vision insurance, 401k, PTO and more.
