This is a full-time, on-site role for a Podiatrist located in Georgetown, TX. The Podiatrist will diagnose and treat a range of foot and ankle conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities will include performing physical examinations, prescribing orthotics, addressing biomechanical issues, and managing conditions associated with diabetes. The Podiatrist will also keep updated on advancements in podiatric medicine to deliver the best care possible.
- Proficiency in Podiatry, with expertise in diagnosing and treating foot and ankle conditions
- Knowledge of Biomechanics and the ability to address and correct structural foot and gait issues
- Experience with Orthotics and their applications in patient care
- Understanding of the connection between foot health and Diabetes, with experience managing diabetic foot conditions
- Medical degree with podiatric specialization and an active state license to practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide patient-centered care
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with advancements in podiatric medicine and technology
- Board certification or eligibility is preferred
