Position Overview
Reporting to the Network Standards and Capacity Manager, the Network Standards and Capacity Coordinator builds relationships with the network of CTFB partner agencies to assess potential areas for improving their capabilities, and increasing outputs and impact. This position serves as an expert with increased knowledge of Partner Agencies. This position is highly visible internally and externally requiring strong relationship management and communication skills. Additionally, this position receives, screens, and supports interested and new Partner Agencies while supporting reporting and metric oversight.
