Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time hybrid role for a Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper, primarily based in Fredericksburg, TX, with some opportunities to work from home. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, conducting reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable processes, and orher special projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in bookkeeping, general accounting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable processes, and budget preparation
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial analysis and data interpretation
- Proficiency in accounting and finance software applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
