Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities to promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth of infants and toddlers.
- Create and follow lesson plans that align with Early Head Start guidelines and promote school readiness.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment that supports each child's individual needs and interests.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and learning experiences.
- Assess children's progress and communicate effectively with families about milestones and challenges.
- Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.50 per hour
