Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. (CSO), an innovative nonprofit organization, is seeking a Workforce Administrator to provide daily oversight of Workforce Development programs within the Central Region Workforce Development Area.
This is a management position, responsible for the administration and implementation of employment and training services in compliance with federal and state regulations, local policies, and program requirements, including staff supervision, continuous quality improvement, monitoring of program performance and budgets, oversight of service delivery, and support of successful program outcomes.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Candidates must have three to five years of experience working with government-funded Workforce Development programs and significant supervisory experience. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required, and Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 clearances are mandatory.
