CSO, Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. an innovative non-profit Community Action Agency has an opening for a full-time ESG Housing Case Manager in Columbia/Montour Counties.
The goal of the ESG program is to assist people to quickly regain stability in permanent housing after experiencing a housing crisis and/or homelessness.
The position provides intensive case management which includes assessment of housing barriers and needs, development of an action plan and goals to remove barriers and locating/maintaining housing, landlord outreach, coordination of services and referrals, and community outreach.
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or combination of education and experience, which indicates possession of skills, knowledge and abilities listed above. Equal opportunity employer.
