Online Store Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate, that with training can become our Online Manager to oversee our digital retail operations. This role is pivotal in managing our online presence, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies as well as a knack for artistic photographic displays of our products . The ideal candidate will possess strong photographic and artistic skills, marketing and a familiarity with Etsy. Part-time transitioning to full-time.

Duties

• Update our online presence with newer photos of our products.
• Reorganize and homogenize all information in listings for consistency.
• Research search terms that will bring customers to us & add additional where needed.
• Research key terms for each product & include in listing.
• Analyze market trends to develop strategies that enhance online sales performance.
• Mine existing customers for additional items they sell that we could also provide for them.
• Maintain excel spreadsheet for pricing.
• Handle all shipping of products, handle returns (send labels), replacements and refunds.
• Submit claims for lost/damaged products.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered.

Qualifications

• Experience in online retail sales with a strong understanding of retail sales processes.
• Strong photography skills with an artistic eye for detail.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
• Marketing experience with the ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
