🔨 Responsibilities:

⏰ Arrive on time and ready to work at job sites

🏗️ Assist with a variety of on-site tasks as needed

📦 Load, unload, and move materials

💪 Perform physical labor including bending, lifting, and carrying

🧰 Maintain and care for assigned tools

🧹 Keep job sites clean and safe

⚠️ Follow safety rules and instructions from supervisors
✅ Qualifications:

📋 0–2 years of labor/construction experience (we will train the right person)

💪 Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

🚗 Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

🛡️ Able to pass state & federal background checks

🚫 Must pass a drug screen

🌦️ Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

🔑 Dependable and available Monday–Friday (with overtime as needed)
