Works day to day jobs in Billing Services as needed.
Works closely with Trainer/Educator to ensure each BSR’s skill level is satisfactory on Rate Changes and Bill Releases.
Maintain Billing and Rate Instruction Manuals and Utility Instruction/Worksheets.
Work with QCR-Implementations to understand new utility billing requirements and ensure each BSR understands them. Help same QCR create instructions and coversheets for new utilities.
Ensures Monthly Bill check worksheets are maintained/updated and distributed/rotated evenly and fairly to BSR/QCRs. This includes making procedure changes when needed.
Develop new billing/rate reports or smartlists that will benefit our utilities, including informing and educating the Utility of lesser known existing or new reports. Maintains/updates these reports/smartlists to ensure quality is upheld. This includes keeping a detail list with descriptions of reports, uses within CSA/Utility, and recording changes made.
Works with QCR-Stats/Adjustments person to test billing or code changes and how it affects stats or adjustments.
May be asked to help on projects outside of our office as a resource or tester.
Trains and helps with Adjustments in office and maintains Adjt Window/Reports.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or Minimum 2 years in Billing Services or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
