Central Retail Solutions is looking for a dependable problem solver who enjoys helping people and keeping our restaurant partners up and running. We’re a locally owned team supporting the technology restaurants and bars rely on to take orders, serve guests, and get paid.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Helping restaurant partners resolve day-to-day POS and technology issues by phone and remote support Providing onsite support when an issue needs hands-on attention Supporting new installations, equipment setup, testing, and launch day Troubleshooting POS terminals, kitchen printers, handhelds, payment devices, and connectivity issues Helping with menu updates, system settings, and everyday questions Training owners, managers, and staff so they feel confident using their systems Following through to make sure the problem is resolved and the restaurant is running smoothly
YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF:
✔ You understand restaurant life and know why a down POS during a rush needs immediate attention ✔ You enjoy figuring out what went wrong and helping get things back on track ✔ You stay calm, communicate clearly, and treat people with patience and respect ✔ You’re comfortable learning technology and explaining it in everyday language ✔ You’re dependable, organized, and take ownership of your work ✔ You enjoy a mix of helping partners remotely and working onsite in restaurants
Experience with SpotOn or Square is a plus! Experience with Toast or other restaurant POS systems is also helpful.
Restaurant experience counts. If you’ve been a manager, bartender, server, or the unofficial “POS person” on your team, we’d like to hear from you. We’re willing to train the right person who brings curiosity, follow-through, and a commitment to taking care of our partners.
