The Counter Sales Associate will assist customers with their purchases, provide product knowledge, and process sales transactions. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and active listening skills to address customer needs effectively
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to foster positive customer relationships

- Experience in Training others and basic Sales Management is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer skills to process transactions and manage inventory systems
- Familiarity with irrigation, landscaping, or related products is a plus
