Job Overview

entral Kitchen & Bath Showroom is seeking a full-time Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. This customer-focused role works closely with homeowners, contractors, builders, and design professionals to create functional and beautiful kitchen and bath spaces.

The ideal candidate is passionate about design, enjoys building relationships, and has experience guiding customers through product selection and project planning. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy helping customers turn their vision into reality, we’d love to hear from you.

*This a full-time position Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. No weekend or evening hours required.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in our showroom with a friendly, professional approach
• Consult with homeowners, contractors, and trade professionals to understand project goals, design preferences, and budgets
• Recommend products and solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements
• Manage projects and sales from initial consultation through final order completion
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and repeat customers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
• Maintain accurate product knowledge, including current trends, features, and manufacturer offerings
• Keep showroom displays, literature, and product samples organized and up to date
• Participate in networking events, industry associations, and professional development opportunities to support business growth
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the values of Central Plumbing & Heating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen and bath sales, plumbing wholesale, interior design, construction, or a related field
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath products, design principles, and remodeling projects
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience working with contractors, builders, or design professionals is a plus

Pay: $56,369.03 - $76,315.39 per year
