This position is responsible for ensuring excellent consumer experience in before & after-sales home services.

Job Duties:
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers
- Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information
- Provide exceptional and timely customer service
- Maintain tools, equipment and company vans
Experience required:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver’s license
- 2 years’ experience as an in-home service provider
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
**Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
