Responsibilities
Assist licensed physical therapists by preparing treatment areas and setting up necessary equipment for therapy sessions. Support patient intake and check-ins. Help monitor patient progress during therapy sessions, noting responses and providing feedback to the therapy team. Maintain a tidy work environment. Support infection control protocols by cleaning and sterilizing therapy equipment after each use. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering encouragement, and fostering a positive environment for recovery.
Requirements
A warm, welcoming personality. Previously healthcare experience or interest in healthcare is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care and communication. Ability to multi-task while working effectively in a team-focused and fast-paced clinical environment.
