About the Position:
As a progressing domain resource and steward, the Applications Analyst (Mid-Level II) operates as an ecosystem generalist and growing sub‑ecosystem specialist for digital technologies across a portfolio of enterprise applications and products. With moderate independence, the role performs application lifecycle administration, request fulfillment, customer support, identity governance and administration, application portfolio management, documentation and knowledge management, education, operational discipline, workload management, and continuous improvement to support reliable, secure, and compliant operations.
As a Clinical Applications Analyst, the role supports the clinical applications digital ecosystem by contributing to the enablement of “people” and “processes” across the organization to succeed. The ecosystem includes the Electronic Health Record (EHR), Enterprise Clinical Imaging (EIS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and other non‑biomedical clinical-based applications and products that support clinical operations—diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical documentation, and care coordination. The role partners with clinical stakeholders with moderate independence to address workflow needs and help ensure dependable service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- A minimum of five (5) years of Information Technology experience to include application support, clinical or business operations
PREFERRED:
- Certified Professional In Health Information Technology (CPHIT)
- Certified Professional in Health Information Management Systems (CPHIM)
