Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, based in Carlisle, PA is part of our wchool based department. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and provide therapeutic care for school aged children of different ages. The role includes developing personalized therapy plans, working closely with school staff, and monitoring and documenting client progress. Additionally, collaboration with other professionals is a key aspect of this position. Supervision of a COTA will be required.
Qualifications
- Certified in Occupational Therapy
- Knowledge and understanding of occupational therapy practices in a school setting.
- Strong skills and experience in pediatric therapy
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with families and teams
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
- Experience working in a clinical or school-based setting is a plus
