Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Site Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our property sites. This pivotal role involves managing property maintenance, leasing activities, tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. As a Site Manager, you will drive operational excellence, foster positive tenant relationships, and ensure the smooth functioning of our properties to deliver exceptional living experiences.
Duties
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection using property management software OneSite
- Coordinate property repairs and facilities management activities to maintain safety standards and enhance property value
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-tenant law, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Handle tenant inquiries, resolve conflicts efficiently through conflict management techniques, and uphold excellent customer service standards
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, contracts, legal documentation, data entry, filing, and administrative correspondence
Qualifications
- Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and administrative tasks with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for engaging with tenants, vendors, team members, and regulatory agencies
