Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). No prior experience is necessary—just a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a DSP, you will provide personalized support, promote independence, and help clients participate fully in their communities. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference every day.

Duties

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation
• Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals through behavioral health and behavioral management techniques
• Provide transportation assistance using a standard passenger car to help clients attend appointments, community activities, or outings
• Collect data on client progress and document interactions accurately for care planning and reporting purposes
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent support and understanding

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect empathetically with clients of all ages
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard passenger car safely for client transportation
• Ability to assist with ADLs and provide caregiving support in home or community settings
• Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting their independence
