Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
The College Credit Plus Enrollment Navigator serves as the primary enrollment contact for K-12 partners, students, and parents participating in the College Credit Plus program within an assigned territory. The CCP Enrollment Navigator guides students through the CCP application and enrollment processes and serves as the academic advisor to a caseload of students. This position supports continuation of high school partnerships and leads recruitment, admission, and matriculation efforts of CCP students in an assigned territory.
Location: Newark
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Evenings and weekends are required during peak recruitment and enrollment periods to support various events.
Travel will be required.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education and two (2) years professional experience in counseling, advising, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience using a personal computer, office software such as MS Office and electronic mail.
- Requires a valid Ohio driver’s license as travel is required.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for recruitment and CCP related events.
- Requires a successful completion of a background check.
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Operate effectively in a high-paced, performance-driven environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
- Master’s degree
- Direct experience in higher education in admissions or advising, or in a K-12 setting as a counselor or administrator.
- Experience working with College Credit Plus
- Experience working with Colleague, CRM Recruit, and CRM Advise
