Responsibilities
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes using specialized equipment to mitigate water damage effectively.
- Conduct cleaning and sanitation of affected areas, including carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces, utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques and tools.
- Assist with fire restoration efforts by removing soot, smoke damage cleanup, and odor control measures.
- Support mold remediation projects by identifying mold growth, setting up containment areas, and applying remediation procedures following safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, repair, and construction tasks necessary for restoration projects.
- Participate in asbestos abatement procedures when required, adhering strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and progress updates for each project.
- Ensure all work sites are kept clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency throughout each project phase.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices.
Skills

- Ability to operate specialized equipment such as moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers, and carpet cleaning machines.
