What are the responsibilities and job description for the Future Computer Technician position at Central Office?
Install, test, and maintain a variety of personal computing and network hardware and software systems. Maintain the district’s technology equipment, including computers, laptops, Chromebooks, printers, monitors, SMART TVs, and document cameras.
Assist with the inventory and tracking of the district’s technology equipment.
Assist with the installation and maintenance of computer software, including installation of Microsoft Windows and standard software updates and imaging of computers.
Assist staff and students in software and hardware problem resolution.
Keep up to date with current trends and be prepared to make recommendations.
Keep track of and update the help desk trouble ticket system.
Assist with other technical support duties as needed.
