What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Substitute Teacher position at Central Office?
Bachelors degree (any GPA) OR 64 College Credit Hours with at least a 2.45 GPA OR have 64 - 95 semester hours of college credit with at least a 2.45 GPA
Salary is commensurate with a payscale based on applicant rank and is paid at a daily rate. Rank is determined by KRS 161.1211.

Your application will be reviewed by Jinger Carter, Director of Human Resources, and if approved, an interview time will be scheduled.
Upon hire, an appointment will be set up with Tonya Cox, Henderson County Schools Sub Coordinator, to complete paperwork.
If hired, applicant must have a physical, TB risk assessment, drug screen ($20), criminal background check ($51.25 to be reimbursed upon completion), a CAN check letter ($10) and complete online safety training (free).
Some of these items will be at applicant's expense however if after one year of service, the substitute accepts and completes 60 sub opportunities, the drug screen and CAN check fees will be reimbursed.
