What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Central Office?
The Seneca R-7 School District is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Behavior Technician for the 2025-2026 school year. This position will serve under the direction of a behavior interventionist and is supervised by the building principal. Candidates will assist in creating, implementing and tracking behavior interventions with students PK-6. Other responsibilities include: working 1:1 with students displaying behavioral needs, partnering with teachers to model and teach appropriate SEL and self regulation strategies, staffing and managing building recovery rooms.
