MARKETER / HOSPITAL LIAISON
Central Nursing for Rehabilitation & Nursing, a beautiful skilled nursing and rehab facility located in South Jesey, is looking to hire a dynamic marketer / hospital liaison to join our strong admissions team. This is an external marketing position which requires sales experience, exceptional organizational skills, and an outgoing personality.
Salary: Comeptitive based on experience *Must have 1 year Healthcare Marketing experience*
Responsibilities as a Marketer / Hospital Liaison :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, healthcare professionals, Assisted Living Facilities and community organizations
- Identify and establish new relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals. Follow up on all accepted referrals to convert to an admission.
- Organize and execute marketing presentations and outings within various communities and hospitals.
- Develop and implement outreach programs and initiatives to engage with the community and raise awareness of our services
- Attend healthcare events, conferences, networking events and community gatherings to represent our organization and expand our network.
Qualifications as a Marketer / Hospital Liaison :
- Experience in Healthcare Marketing
- Strong communication skills, tech savvy
- Efficient, organized, able to multitask
- Willingness to attend evening and weekend events several times a year, as needed
