What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instrumental Band Teacher position at Central Noble Community School Corporation?
We are looking for a reliable professional who will:
✔ Establish instructional and behavioral expectations for students to create a productive, respectful learning environment
✔ Create lessons around the required curricula for various skill levels of Band, Percussion Ensemble, and Jazz Ensemble
✔ Lead the Pep Band for athletic events and the Jazz Band during competition seasons
✔ Collaborate with students, staff and families to support educational growth and best practices
You're qualified if you:
✔ Currently hold or have the ability to obtain an Indiana Teacher's License (Instrumental & General Music 5-12)
✔ Exhibit strong leadership and culture-building skills
✔ Possess knowledge of Music Theory
✔ Have the patience and ability to relate to students and support their diverse learning styles
