What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Health Program Coordinator position at Central Nevada Health District?
Company Description The Central Nevada Health District (CNHD) is a regional public health agency formed by four rural communities to deliver more efficient and locally responsive services than could be provided at the state level alone. Established with support from the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health, CNHD became the state’s third health district and began serving its four counties and one city on July 1, 2023. The district focuses on core public health services such as immunizations, infectious disease detection and surveillance, community health education, and emergency preparedness and response.
