We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team member to help maintain the health and appearance of plants in our nursery by watering, caring for, and organizing inventory.

- Water plants daily according to schedule and seasonal needs
- Monitor plant health and report any issues (wilting, pests, disease)
- Assist with organizing and stocking nursery plants and displays
- Ensure plants are properly labeled and merchandised
- Maintain cleanliness of nursery area (sweeping, removing debris, etc.)
- Provide friendly customer assistance when needed
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Perform routine watering of flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Check soil moisture levels and adjust watering as needed
- Assist with unloading and staging plant deliveries
- Rotate and arrange plants for optimal display and health
- Keep nursery area clean, safe, and organized
- Support customers with basic plant care questions
- Follow safety guidelines while working with hoses and equipment
- Prior experience in a nursery, garden center, landscaping, or related retail environment
- Working knowledge of plants, gardening, and basic horticulture practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, move, and carry merchandise (up to 50 lbs) as needed
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
