Schedule:
Mon - Fri: 10:30 AM - 4:15 PM

Day-to-Day:
- Develop and enhance relationships through providing prompt, courteous customer service.
- Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Expand your knowledge base through cross-training on all retail areas, services and products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new accounts and consumer loans.
- Resolve questions and concerns efficiently, effectively, and professionally.
- Support branch goals through quality customer service, teamwork, and proactive customer engagement.
- Ensure bank policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and security standards are met.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communication and problem-solve.
- Demonstrates a great attention to detail and well organized.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Comfortable using computers and banking systems.
- Previous customer service, cash handling, or sales experience preferred.
- No banking experience required!
