What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Analyst position at Central Motor Wheel of America (CMWA)?
We are currently seeking an applicant with strong data processing skills to work in our Sales Department. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working on time sensitive projects independently and being comfortable reporting that data back to customers or upper management.
Shift: 8a-5p, with Overtime as needed
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the areas of:
-Value add analysis of data.
-Customer System Administrator (add/remove users on various systems).
-Support other departments within the company and global related companies.
-Direct contact with customer contacts, as needed.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
-Organize and distribute information (Internal and External).
-Beginning to end of life part management through various internal/external systems.
-Activities to Support the Staffing Plan, Sales Department Strategy and Corporate Strategy.
-Manage special orders, pricing entry, regulatory docs. or other misc. requests. (Samples, Trials, and Service order coordination; internal and external.)
-Data Analysis and Tracking (Volume, Price, Revenue, Raw Material & Scrap Rate etc.)
-Gather and present information as requested. (Market based research; Govt; Industry)
-Limited travel; related to admin relationships with customer and information gathering
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
-Job demands may require long periods of sitting; telephone use and/or computer work.
-Job requires periodic shop floor presence (tours or production process understanding)
-Periodically conduct/attend meetings with customers in person, virtually or by phone.
-Excel/PowerPoint; including but not limited to complex formulas and chart/graph creation.
-Computer skills with ability to troubleshoot/problem solve.
-Independently work on regular tasks while managing special requests/task.
-Strong Written and Verbal communication skills.
