We’re hiring a skilled, reliable Tile Installer to join our team for steady residential and commercial work. If you take pride in clean, high-quality installations and want consistent projects with a solid crew, we’d love to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and mosaic tile on floors, walls, showers, and backsplashes
- Preparing substrates (leveling, waterproofing, backer board, etc.)
- Layout, cutting, and setting tile accurately
- Grouting, sealing, and finishing work
- Complete bathroom and kitchen remodels
- Reading plans and following specifications
- Making repairs and performing related finish work
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years of hands-on residential or commercial tile installation experience
- Strong layout, measuring, and cutting skills
- Knowledge of proper substrate preparation and waterproofing methods
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a good team player
- Physical stamina for full days on the job
- Own basic hand tools and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills (Big Plus):
- Experience with large-format tile and natural stone
- Schluter systems or other waterproofing membranes
- Heated floor installation
- Custom patterns, niches, and decorative work
- Restoration work (water damage, mold remediation)
- Basic knowledge of related trades (plumbing, electrical rough-ins, drywall)
- Scaffolding and working safely at heights
