CMCA is seeking passionate, motivated, and community-minded professionals to join our team as a Workforce Family Success Coach in Jefferson City. What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Passionate about helping individuals and families succeed
- Skilled at building positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and speaking with groups
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Education, or a related field preferred
- Experience in case management, workforce development, coaching, education, counseling, or community-based services preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout CMCA's service area
