As a Patient Coordinator, you will:
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring each visit feels personal.
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, emails, and other communications with excellent attention to detail.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Support the team by contributing to a smooth and friendly office flow.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- No evenings or weekends
- Occasional travel to other practice locations (We have offices in Monticello, Sartell and Princeton.)
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Healthcare office experience a plus
