This is a full-time opportunity (4–5 days per week) based primarily in our Monticello location, with occasional travel to our Sartell and Princeton offices. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a modern, technology-driven practice and want to build a long-term career with a supportive team.

Who We’re Looking For:
As an orthodontic assistant, you will play an essential role in delivering excellent patient experiences while supporting high-quality clinical care. You will work in a fast-paced practice that values teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement.
This role includes a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Chairside assisting with clear aligners and traditional braces
- Thorough and accurate record-keeping
- Communication with patients and families
- Utilization of intraoral scanning (we are impression-less!), 3D printing and other modern orthodontic technologies
- Fabrication of vacuum-formed orthodontic retainers
Required qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota dental assisting license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to relate well with patients of all ages
