Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the organization’s mission and goals are achieved effectively and sustainably.
- Oversee program development, ensuring services meet community needs and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Manage organizational operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative functions to support program success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, funders, and families to enhance collaboration and support networks.
- Supervise senior staff members, fostering a motivated, collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and funding requirements related to behavioral health and social work practices.

Experience
- Proven management experience in a leadership role within social work or behavioral health organizations.
- Demonstrated success in program development and implementation for individuals with developmental disabilities.

- Prior administrative experience including budgeting, strategic planning, and organizational oversight.
