HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Provide a continuum of services including assessment, treatment, education, and support, as well as, individual, group and family contact, under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional, in addition to providing Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment to ACT clients who have a substance use problem.
- Must be able to implement services in the treatment plan for each client
- Complete ongoing comprehensive substance assessments
- Coordinate services with other programs and providers
