The City of Hibbing is seeking a highly organized and professional Senior Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and confidential support to City leadership, including the City Council, City Administrator, City Clerk/Deputy Administrator, Human Resources, and Economic Development. This position plays a vital role in coordinating meetings, agendas, communications, official records, special projects, and administrative operations while serving as a key resource for elected officials, employees, and the public. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, exercise sound judgment and discretion, and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. Candidates should have an associate degree in a related field and at least five years of progressively responsible executive administrative experience; municipal government experience is preferred.
