Job description:

The CNC Machinist is responsible for the Setup and Operation of various CNC Milling and Turning Centers to produce machined parts while maintaining quality and production as required. Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Setup CNC Machines from provided documentation and loading programs, installing work holding and cutting tools, setting tool offsets, and test running part.
• After set up, run parts while continuously checking accuracy.
• Deburr parts as they are completed.
• Maintain cutting tools by offsets, or tool changes as needed.
• Maintain communication with Quality, Maintenance, and Management personnel as needed.
• Record Setup and Production times using labor reporting stations.

Requirements:

• Regular and reliable attendance is essential
• Two Years of Vocational training in precision machining or an equivalent amount of on the job experience.
• Must be reliable, self-motivated and possess good verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Great math skills are a must for this position.

Pay:

• Pay: $27.66 - $29.66 per hour
• Shift Differential: 0.80 per hour

Job Type: Full-time position with offering long-term employment

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday-Friday

Shift:

• Night shift: 3:30pm-11:30pm
