The Coordinator for Football Video is responsible for managing video-related tasks to support the football program’s operational and strategic goals. Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or a combination of education and experience that equates to two years.
Two years of experience of a qualifying nature.
Experience with sport videography and editing.

Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet program deadlines.
Ability to perform tasks that may involve physical effort, including handling equipment and working extended hours.

Prior experience in a collegiate football program.
Duties & Responsibilities
Video Operations:
Handles the creation, organization, and delivery of video content as directed by program leadership.
Ensures football film/video materials are prepared and presented in a manner that supports the needs of the coaching staff.
Utilizes appropriate tools and methods to process video content for internal use for competition preparation.
Assists in producing football film materials that align with team objectives, as defined by leadership.
Technology Management
Maintains equipment and systems necessary for video-related tasks, ensuring functionality and reliability.
Manages the storage and organization of video resources in a secure and efficient manner.
Supports the adoption of relevant technologies as approved by program leadership.
Provides input on the use of designated tools and systems when requested.
Team Support
Works with coaching staff to provide video resources that contribute to team preparation and evaluation.
Facilitates the exchange of video materials with external parties in accordance with applicable rules and program standards.
Assists during team activities as required, ensuring video support meets leadership expectations.
Recruiting Support
Contributes to the creation of video content for recruiting purposes, adhering to program guidelines and objectives as needed.
Supports efforts to enhance the program’s visibility as directed.
Operational/Administrative Support
Assists with operational tasks, including support for recruiting events and other program needs, as directed by leadership. This may involve providing video resources, logistical assistance, or other contributions to ensure smooth execution of program activities in alignment with established priorities.
Monitors program resources and adheres to established operational budget limits.
Remains informed of and compliant with relevant regulations affecting the role.
Participates in travel as needed to fulfill responsibilities.
