We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care under the supervision of a licensed physician, working with patients across a diverse range of conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with current state licensure and DEA registration
- Current certification by the NCCPA (PA-C) or ANCC/AANPCB (NP)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in primary care and/or urgent care
- Bilingual skills - Spanish preferred
