Central Medical Center is seeking a full-time, experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant to join our fast-growing Functional Medicine and Med Spa practice. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness.

Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Accurately document patient history and prepare charts
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures
- Administer injections (B12, peptides, weight loss medications, vitamins, etc.)
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
- Conduct EKGs and other in-office testing
- Prepare and educate patients on treatment plans
- Assist with IV therapy and wellness services (preferred)
- Maintain exam rooms and clinical inventory
- Ensure accurate documentation within the EMR
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming patient experience
- Collaborate with front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Experience with injections required
- Experience in Functional Medicine, Primary Care, Weight Loss, Aesthetics, or Medical Spa preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- EMR experience required
- ECW experience preferred
