Sheet Metal Fabricator

Central Mechanical, Inc. is a well-established commercial mechanical contractor with 30 years in business. We are hiring a Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator to work full-time in our Mandan, ND sheet metal shop.

This position is 100% indoor shop work—no field installs, no weather exposure. You’ll be fabricating commercial HVAC ductwork using modern shop equipment and tools.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fabricate commercial HVAC ductwork in our sheet metal shop
• Operate shop equipment including:
• Shears
• Press brakes
• Plasma table
• Other HVAC duct fabrication tools
• Read shop drawings and fabricate to specifications
• Maintain quality workmanship and shop cleanliness
• Work as part of a steady, experienced shop crew

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Sheet metal or fabrication experience is a plus, but not required
• Will train the right person
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time
