- EMR integrated with all Central Maine Healthcare providers
- Practice hours, Weekdays, 7 to 5:30.
- Individualized patient care.
- One-on-one sessions.
- No double booking, no dove tailing.
- Therapist driven schedule.
Responsibilities
Provides medically prescribed physical therapy services to evaluate, treat, and restore function while improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability. Delivers patient-centered care in accordance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices.
- Perform patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation and functional improvement
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals
- Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
