Oversees departments activities, staffing and problems to facilitate a conducive working environment. Assists the Operations department with interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining of assigned personnel.
Qualifications:
1. High School or equivalent
2. Graduate from an accredited school of medical assistance.
3. Three years of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting with medical supervisor experience.
4. Current BCLS certificate
5. Knowledge of ICD9, CPT, Coding, Medical Terminology preferred
